1 Choice Construction is a design-build firm for Greater Seattle. We handle residential and commercial construction from the first drawing through the final inspection — so one team is accountable for how it's designed, what it costs, and how it's built.
How we work
Most construction problems start in the gap between design and build — between the person who drew it and the crew who has to make it real. We close that gap by keeping both under one contract. The plan is made to be buildable, the scope is settled before work starts, and there’s one team to hold accountable from start to finish.
What we build
On the residential side: kitchen, bathroom, full-home, and basement remodels; additions; decks and outdoor living; custom cabinets and closets; and ground-up new construction. On the commercial side: build-outs for salons and beauty studios, barbershops, restaurants, and offices across Greater Seattle.
How we talk about our work
We’d rather be plain than promotional. We don’t publish claims we can’t stand behind, and the illustrations on this site show the idea of taking a project from drawing to finished space — they’re labeled as concept illustrations, not photos of past jobs. As we complete projects, real photography and details will go on the work page.
Design and construction are handled by one team under one contract, rather than hiring an architect and a separate general contractor. It keeps the drawings, the budget, and the schedule aligned, with one point of accountability.
